Contact his or her publishers or fanclubs. I am neither.
Q. Do you do redshirts?
No.
Q. Will you read my stories?
No
You'll hear that same answer from most professionals or semi-pros. Don't be offended; this is mainly because we're all either a) too busy or b) appropriately cautious. Yes, there have been lawsuits in the past initiated by fans and amateurs who submitted stories to authors to read. Even if I did have the time for it, I ain't sticking my hands in that, and I hope you understand. I have my own stories to write.
If you want peer review, consider joining a writing club or going to a writing convention. Google up some if you don't know of any.

Who?
My name is Stephanie D. Shaver. I live in Missouri. I have been writing and selling short stories in the fantasy genre since I was thirteen.
I have written three books, and sold none of them. Awesome! I'm working on number four now. I hope to complete a first draft by February of 2007, providing my rather busy worklife allows it.
I've made over a dozen short story sales in my life to various editors of professional anthologies, been a first reader for a professional fantasy magazine, aided and abetted in the organization of conventions, answered fan mail for other people, and have served as a ghost editor and writer.
I am currently gainfully employed by a game company, where I oversee lots of things and occasionally suck down helium to humorous effect.
I have the obligatory three cats: Amber, Nickel, and Atticus. They were all adopted from shelters -- my personal favorite is Open Door. If you live in the St. Louis area and you want a cat or dog, check them out. Tell them Tamma's friend Steph sent you.
In my not-so-copious free time I practice aikido and pursue a strong interest in all cultures, cuisines, and languages.
