REWRITES - ch. 1 - flower crown
Chapter one rewritten, hopefully well and good and final this time. First three chapters are going to get double secret critical examinations this weekend.
I should start doing read-throughs this Monday.
Yeah, I read my book aloud to myself so that I can check the grammar and flow of the story. It's also a good way to catch dropped words or (something I'm famous for) metathesis. Awake/away is a popular one for me. I actually turned one of these into a part of the story, which is either clever or stupid. We'll see.
